For the majority of our clients, Paul J. Hooten & Associates, PLLC works stricktly on a contingency basis.  We make our money only after we recover assets for you.  Typically, the only charges our clients incur are the nominal costs to serve a summons and complaint to file a judgment.  These are added to the debtors total and are the first dollars returned to the client.
